OAK + FORT accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and tagged items within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or store credit. Please note that jewelry, intimates, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the returns portal.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
